Energy technology leader saves $18.2M in CapEx across 59-site modernization

A leading global energy technology company had set a net-zero operational emissions target by 2050 and an interim goal of a 50% reduction by 2030. To realize these commitments, the company needed to modernize aging infrastructure across a large, complex portfolio. Limited capital availability made it difficult to address multiple sites at once, forcing the team to weigh sustainability progress against competing budget priorities.

Redaptive funded, designed, and launched a full-scale modernization program spanning four countries: Canada, Norway, the U.S., and the U.K. Using a phased deployment approach, the installation work was completed without disrupting fully operating facilities, including manufacturing floors, R&D laboratories, corporate offices, and outdoor common areas.

In addition to LED lighting upgrades at 52 sites, our team delivered:

  • Air handling unit upgrades to VFDs

  • BMS commissioning
• Solar energy systems at three sites
