We’re proud to share that Redaptive has been recognized as a 2026 Environment+Energy Leader Award winner—not once, but twice. Our Infrastructure Monetization model earned top marks in the Energy Innovation category, and, in partnership with HydroPoint, we also took home the Product of the Year award in the Software and Cloud category for our Redaptive ONE platform. Both awards were evaluated by an independent panel of industry experts and reflect measurable, real-world performance.
Pioneering Infrastructure Monetization
As the pioneer of Infrastructure Monetization and leader in Energy-as-a-Service, Redaptive has long believed that energy and infrastructure upgrades shouldn’t require upfront capital—they should pay for themselves through the savings they generate. By integrating capital, deployment, and measurement solutions, our model enables enterprise customers to upgrade lighting, HVAC, solar, EV charging, and more across their entire portfolio with no capital expenditure required.
The concept of Infrastructure Monetization is well articulated and relevant to large-scale energy modernization challenges, particularly around deferred maintenance and capital constraints. The company provides combined expertise, engineering, and financing all in one. This ‘all aspects’ approach is uncommon. I hope to see rapid growth in this vertical which could introduce greater competition while such benefits are offered so the best deals for customers are possible.
—2026 E+E Leader Judging Panel
What sets Redaptive apart is the rigor behind the results. We install sub-meter hardware at every site, capturing verified energy and operational data that quantifies savings in real time. This isn’t projected performance—it is demonstrated impact, measured and reported at the equipment level. The E+E Leader Awards panel evaluated our entry on innovation, scalability, and measurable outcomes, and we are honored that their findings reflect what our customers experience every day.
A shared win with HydroPoint in Software and Cloud
Redaptive’s second award—earned alongside our partner HydroPoint—recognizes the power of combining intelligent software with operational expertise. HydroPoint is the leader in smart water management, and together our platforms give enterprise customers a unified view of their energy and water footprint.
HydroPoint’s WaterCompass integration brings water consumption data into Redaptive ONE, enabling facility teams to detect anomalous usage in real time and stop leaks before they escalate into property damage or significant waste.
Water blindness is a real and growing risk for commercial real estate. Our partnership with Redaptive puts real-time water data directly in the hands of the teams that need it most—and this recognition affirms that making water visible and actionable is becoming an expectation.
—Ben Slick, SVP Business Development, HydroPoint
This joint recognition in E+E Leader’s Software and Cloud category reflects the growing importance of integrated, data-driven solutions in the sustainability stack. As customers face increasing pressure to report on utility consumption and emissions to demonstrate real reductions, having reliable, granular data across both energy and water consumption is a competitive advantage. Our partnership with HydroPoint makes that a reality for multi-site enterprise portfolios.
Previously, enterprises did not have a single solution for electricity, water, and natural gas measurement. With Redaptive and Hydropoint’s partnership, not only can they generate audit-ready reporting, but they can also use this data to drive opportunities for co-investment in efficient infrastructure.
Why this recognition matters
The Environment+Energy Leader Awards program, now in its 14th year, is one of the most respected third-party evaluations in the sustainability and energy management industry. Winners are selected by an independent judging panel (not by popular vote) and are assessed on demonstrated performance and measurable impact.
As organizations navigate an increasingly dynamic and uncertain operating environment, the ability to improve efficiency, reduce emissions, and deliver measurable results has never been more critical. This year’s winners demonstrate the innovation and leadership required to move forward with clarity and impact.
—Sarah Roberts, Co-President and Publisher, Environment+Energy Leader
Receiving top scores from the judging panel in two separate categories is a reflection of our team’s commitment to doing the work: deploying technology that makes a verifiable difference and partnering with best-in-class companies that share that standard.
We are grateful to our customers, partners, and the entire Redaptive team, whose dedication makes recognition possible. There is much more to come, and we are excited about the road ahead!
