An F100 Telecom was looking for a partner to deploy technologies to eliminate utility and maintenance/repair over-spend. With the project scope being portfolio wide, this F100 Telecom also wanted to leverage its partner to aid in supplying the upfront capital for the retrofit.
The Solution
The technologies deployed by Redaptive optimized central plant equipment (boilers, chiller, cooling towers), HVAC systems, lighting, and controls and included a M&V strategy via Redaptive meters to transparently report the outcomes.
