Working with Redaptive
What is Redaptive’s Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) model?
Our Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) model is an innovative pay-for-performance model that allows businesses to enjoy the benefits of on-site energy efficiency and renewable systems without the responsibility of owning, maintaining, or paying for the equipment upfront. Redaptive assumes the risk, overseeing and financing the energy project from start to finish.
Do I have the option to choose which technology and types of equipment are included in the Program?
Yes. Redaptive works with our customers to determine the best technology solution for their needs.
Can Redaptive work with the installation companies I already have relationships with?
Yes, we are always happy to engage your preferred vendors.. Additionally, Redaptive has relationships with large national installation and distribution partners and enjoys volume pricing across its broad portfolio of projects from those relationships that customers can utilize as well.
Who will I work with at Redaptive?
Every customer has a designated sales, project and customer support contacts so you always know who to call with questions.
Payments and Contracts
Is there any upfront cost?
No. Redaptive fully funds upfront energy audits, material, labor and any other costs associated with energy project implementation. You will not begin payments to Redaptive until a Letter of Acceptance for your implementation is signed.
What’s my monthly payment?
Redaptive offers savings-based and usage-based contracts. This means Redaptive charges for each unit of energy through our efficiency and sustainability programs. There are no other charges or fees to the customer.
Facility and Corporate Changes
We lease our facility and might move before the end of any contract with Redaptive. Are we still eligible?
Yes, leased facilities are eligible for Redaptive’s program. We can work with you to ensure our service term is co-terminus with your lease term, if that’s desired. We also have other flexible termination options should you need to vacate a building early whether it’s an early lease termination or unexpected sale.
Can I take advantage of utility rebates with your program?
Yes. Typically, Redaptive applies the value of rebates to reduce project costs thereby lowering your payments and increasing your retained savings.
Customers Support
If post-installation service is required, how do I connect with Redaptive’s Customer Support Team?
Lighting and other equipment covered under Redaptive’s program can be replaced by submitting an email to support@redaptiveinc.com. All tickets will be replied to and answered by our service team within one business day of receipt.
