Energy-as-a-Service Leader Redaptive Hires New General Counsel

DENVER – Today, Redaptive welcomed Manesh Shah as their new General Counsel. Shah will be responsible for overseeing the Redaptive Legal Team, providing advice and counsel to the Board and C-Suite, and helping negotiate key contracts with customers. 
 
“I’m excited to lead and grow the legal team and help Redaptive achieve its mission to help the world’s largest enterprise customers positively impact our planet,” said Shah. 
 
Shah joins Redaptive with nearly 20 years of experience in the legal field, including having in-house counsel experience at Safran S.A., a French aerospace, defense and security firm, and CBRE, Inc., a publicly traded real estate services company.
